Today, from kindergarten to becoming an earning professional is a task our children take up, unthinkingly. ‘Baba & Ma’ have become ‘Dad & Mom’. When could they really learn about our age old culture and value systems?
Indian culture is a researcher’s token.
Europeans were, at a point of time, ruling us. Today, they are researching on our culture - origin, traits - family, society, economy, trends in clothes, ornaments, lifestyle, etc. (And, in the end they conclude, that the young Indian is not educated enough.
He can be taken for a ride. Give him dollars and he will fall at your feet. (How often does he grace his own parents?)
